Since establishing Millgate over 20 years ago, our determination has been to build homes to the highest standards of design and construction.

Our new homes have become synonymous with these values and Adrian and I are tremendously proud of every new house that we build, each of which reflect the team’s meticulous attention to detail.

Looking to the future we will be unveiling more very exciting new sites, each of which will continue our philosophy of building small groups of properties in premier locations in Winchester and the surrounding area.
